a. Assistance in the preparation of all legal documents like, contracts, agreements, affidavits;
b. Assistance in putting up defenses for all violations of law, regulations or orders, like criminal charges for any crime, importation violations, labor law violations, business and trade infringements, intellectual property, taxation, civil or other administrative violations;
c. Assistance in registering a partnership, joint venture or corporation in the Philippines for purposes of doing business;
d. Assistance in securing business permits and other licenses for all economic activities in the Philippines
